Procreation is a series of 5 triptychs created in 2005. The series places the story of the birth of Christ within the context of the modern debate on embryonic research. The images are based on medieval and Renaissance religious paintings, including the Mother of God Eleusa Icon, the Annunciation by Fra Angelico, and Giorgione’s Adoration of the Shepherds.

In October 2005, the Hospital Triptych won first prize at Art(Verona, the modern and contemporary art fair of Verona, Italy.
