The Hunt (2004)
Combining fashion and photography, east and west coast, and branches of our family tree, The Hunt was a collaborative project by Seattle-based photographer Margot Quan Knight and NY-based stylist Meribah Grace Knight. The Hunt took place in November 2004.
At a time when being American is an increasingly dubious distinction, we examined the mythical American hunter of pioneer times. We wondered whether he and his wife could survive in modern suburbia, what might happen when their do-it-yourself attitudes meet instant gratification, and whether dreams of simpler times are enough to sustain a couple.
